Caitlin Coffey2023-11-24First time ever personally renting an inflatable and we had a great experience from the jump 😉 I had asked for recommendations on FB and this company was one of the first suggested. I gave them a quick google search and was promptly contacted by someone via text to answer all of my questions and concerns. I was sent a contract and invoice via email after my full deposit was placed and was able to sign and make payments throughout the next few weeks which was extremely helpful. Drop off and pick up could not have been more smooth. The confirmation text a few days prior to the day of our event did contain a drop off window that was between 10am and 11am. I received a text message from Rose day off with a more precise ETA of 10:35am which is exactly when they arrived. Set up was super quick and easy. Pick up was exactly the same and just as smooth. No unexpected issues, delays, or complications and no unnecessary communication. Everything was short, sweet, and straight to the point. Everyone that I spoke with throughout the entire process from first google search to last goodbye at pick up was attentive, knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. The obstacle course itself was perfect and the kids had a blast. I will definitely be using this company in the future and will be sure to recommend every chance I get. 10/10 excellent experience all around. Thank you!

He worked with us in price and set up/take down in a way that was the most accommodating for our event. Since it rained the day of our event, we were very thankful that we had his tents since without them, it would have been a disaster. Isabella Espino2023-11-14I will continue to rent out any of my party needs from A + E!! They were super thorough and the communication was incredible. Since my friends and I had a small Friendsgiving with only 15 people, I rented 2 tables and chairs and the pickup/drop off was incredibly quick and easy!! I also looked up different rental spots before A+E and no one beats their prices, incredibly reasonable.

Marilyn King2023-11-07We got exactly what we ordered. Everything was clean and ready to go. Be sure to count everything before and after so you don't get a text saying they are missing chairs then they re-count and say nevermind, giving you a small heart attack.
Tiawanna Lindsey2023-11-06Esther was amazing, We had our fall festival at church ( New Faith MBC) this past weekend. We rented the popcorn and snow cone machine ( the main event of the festival) and yard games. Esther was on time, she texted me several minutes prior to drop off and pick up. Very friendly, professional and courteous. We will definitely be using A&E inflatables again.
